He is awesome at simplifying the large world of real estate investing, as well as provides motivation for your everyday life with his philosophy deep dives and helpful anecdotes. Like Coach, I also went to Clemson University (go Tigers!) so his descriptions of his personal investments are easy to relate to! I have yet to make my first real estate purchase, but no one can prepare you better than Coach Carson with his books and podcast! Loved the recent interview with John Schaub, as well as many others Coach has done!”
