“Coach Carson does a wonderful job explaining the world of real estate investment. He is well informed by his 15 years++ in the business and doesn’t give a pie in the sky view that you’ll become a millionaire if you just buy real estate. He explains the costs both short and and long term and explains the amount of time you have to put in when looking for a property and strongly encourages you to do your homework ie Math before you plunge in. I found him to be very professional and yet personable and easy to understand. Thanks Coach!”
