Bill Fedder, PGA, is a former fellow Furman graduate and is currently the Director of Instruction at The Club at Glenmore and oversees the Rotella Academy of Excellence. Bill was born and raised in Lynchburg, VA, having two parents who were both golf professionals, Bill started playing golf when he could walk. A graduate of Brookville High School and Furman University, Bill worked at several clubs in the Atlanta area before teaching under Jim McLean at McLean's Golf School at Doral. Before joining the team at Glenmore, Bill served as Director of Instruction at Spring Creek Golf Club. Bill talks about his journey from his junior golf days to deciding to not play in college and then regained his passion for golf and decided to pursue a career in golf. Bill discusses his journey to becoming a PGA Golf Professional and working in several PGA sections, his mentors who have helped him along the way, his teaching philosophy, as well as junior golf development and some tips for parents and juniors.
