“As a self taught, and newly changed career as a developer, I can’t get enough content. However, most shows are focused on experienced programmers. This one however, is different. It's code talk for the new guys, and its refreshing. Well done gents. On a side note: You mentioned that most listeners are Python fanatics and that they have a distaste for Ruby. Im happy to say Im a Jr. Rails Developer and love it. So don’t be hesitant to push Ruby/Rails talks. I still have many episodes to listen to so it may have been covered, but it would be nice to hear some convo’s about jobs for noobs and what is expected for a Jr. Developer in those positions?...”
