Makes Me a Better Person
Love this podcast. I’m pretty sure it’s mostly just two guys reading Wikipedia and being really nice and cute with each other, but it’s also really sweet and fun and nice to listen to two people talk about something they love so much. And what’s not to love about the history of video games? It’s really interesting stuff! They’re so passionate about it, and hearing that passion in the content is really edifying and beautiful. Lots of solid nostalgia here. I love thinking about the old days and wonder of video games, and I’ve been inspired to start purchasing old systems and incorporate those games of my past into my current vid library. But really I think the best part of this podcast is the friendship between the two hosts. It’s just so heartwarming! Sometimes I’ll be listening to them and get back home from whatever I was doing, and instead of taking out my AirPods and turning in my PS4 or Wii or Switch or Saturn or Dreamcast or whatever, I’ll just keep listening to them chat about those things. That’s how much of a delight this podcast is! Check it out!
