“The podcast is good for clarity and confidence if you already know what to do but need someone "in your corner" on details. I found the purchased product, however, to be a bit bumbling in places and not a personalized experience, which is important to note since one of David's selling points is that members "have more access" to him with his added emphasis on personally answering emails. He never answered my emails, and I sent several. Even at the live Q&A, my question was disembodied from me in a way that it wasn't for others. I sent his office an email with regard to this matter, so they know what went wrong there, but the lack of forethought on the question (especially given there were several "heads" involved) and the failure to avail one of many ways to get around a hiccup like that in the moment (listen to radio, you hear it all the time), did demonstrate to me a lack of interest in "getting it right" for me in a way that they did for others. In short, I'm just not going to pay money for that.
I appreciate his office being transparent about who answers emails, but this (and the disembodied question) did affect the integrity of the product and my decision to not continue with the subscription.”
