“I decided to start learning Swedish since I have Swedish family and a good Swedish friend. Yes, they speak English, but I’ve always wanted to learn the language of my ancestors. I was so shocked that Coffee Break had a series on it! I used the Italian series before a trip to Italy that helped a lot. I really like that they push your knowledge of the language and give real-life examples. Also, it’s great to have an English speaker learning along with me so I can hear common mistakes or questions we have. There are several resources for learning Swedish, but to help build my confidence and understanding, I’m really enjoying this because I’m getting an explanation of things, rather than “och” is said like “oh”. Thank you so much and I look forward to listening more!”
