I enjoyed hearing a little bit of what you both had to say..in the beginning it felt like you may have been repeating your intentions of this podcast more than a few times before getting to the good topics. Two parts I feel indifferent about were when you guys did the little “commercial” talk about the skin care..it was really awkward and felt really forced which I’m sure you’re having to do that to help boost listeners...the second thing was when Lindsey was speaking a little negative about her child. I am a mother of two and I agree they can be a handful but nothing my kids say I would refer to as stupid. I spent a lot of time recovering from a childhood where those types of words were used and I always felt like what I said and did wasn’t good enough but that wasn’t the case it was just my parents own feelings projected onto me. I try to really be conscious of how I speak to my children so they won’t have to go through what I did. Kail, I really feel like you’re down to earth and I was a chicken nugget kid too! There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. We all enjoy our lives differently and we choose when and what to eat and sometimes it’s healthy and sometimes it’s not. You do you and you do what you feel is what is best in the moment for you and your kids. I would like to hear more on Kails perspective she seems to have a lot to say and i can tell how relieving it will be to let it all out so you can let it all go..ya know? Can’t wait to see what the next one brings!

As a mother myself it’s so relatable and nice to know I’m not the only one who struggles sometimes. I’m jut like you Kail! I’m always a day late and a dollar short. I love listening to you ladies and look forward to your new podcast weekly.
