“I have always known that mindfulness and positive affirmations are practices that my stressful self could benefit from, but I have had a hard time sticking with any particular routine. I struggle with just sitting still and not accomplishing anything (forever a multi-tasker!). Lettering gives me something to “do” while I practice, and I get the mindfulness benefits at the same time. I love Lisa’s tone and patience while she speaks and explains every detail.
