Will and BJ do an excellent job providing information and advice for up and coming developers. Although both the hosts work in the .NET world, the emphasis is on the skills needed by all developers. This podcast is professionally produced with excellent sound quality. The creators understand that a good podcast must have a reliable structure that a listener can count on every episode. The overall trope is that of a dialog between an experienced developer and a newbie developer; sort of a Don Quixote dynamic. Will is adept at providing metaphors for advanced concepts that will stick in your mind, while BJ frequently manages to ask the question you would have asked. The shows are about an hour in length.
