“A brilliant podcast. Max has superb articulation and speaks at a reasonable pace for learners. You will hear every syllable, unlike a lot of Russian speakers!
All sorts of topics are covered which keeps things fresh and interesting. Common themes are travel, Russian history and culture, and how to think/act more effectively.
If you are nervous about tackling this much Russian then I recommend starting with some of the earlier, shorter podcasts which are a bit easier (#005 about trains is a favourite of mine). If you are confident then get stuck in to the politics, say #058 & #059 on perestroika.”
