Eghosa is a globally experienced leader with a passion for the energy industry. She has lived in multiple countries, including Nigeria, England, Northern Ireland, USA, Malaysia, South Africa, Spain, and Hong Kong. Eghosa has extensive business travel experience across Africa, Europe, Asia Pacific, and the USA.
She has been recognized as a "woman to watch" in the 2021 annual list compiled by Cranfield School of Management and has also been featured in the POWER LIST 2021: PAN-AFRICAN FEMALE LEADERS IN ENERGY by Africa Oil Week. Eghosa is a TedEX speaker and is becoming known as an impactful leader shaping the future of the energy industry.
She has spoken with CNN about innovation in the energy space, specifically driving access and affordability in Africa. Eghosa has been named one of the top 100 most influential women in Africa and was previously included in the list of top 100 Women CEO's in Africa.
In addition to her professional achievements, Eghosa is actively involved in mentoring young leaders and women in CSTEAM (Coding, Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math). She is the Founder of SEEME, an organization focused on promoting women to CEO and C-Suite positions within the industry and business. Eghosa is also passionate about leadership and diversity, as demonstrated by her article on the topic and her participation in conferences on Leadership for Sustainability.
Outside of work, Eghosa enjoys participating in endurance races such as ironman and marathon events. She is also interested in renewable energy and technology, digital business transformations in the energy industry, corporate strategy, emerging economies, investment, and entrepreneurship of new business models. Eghosa is a sought-after speaker on topics related to the energy industry, energy transition, leadership, and diversity.
Eghosa is a dedicated mother to her two daughters and cherishes the title of "Mama." She values work-life balance and mentors in the industry as an expatriate leader. Her interests extend to sailing, skiing, and practicing hot yoga with her family.
