In this role, she advocates for increased financial support for students, including refugee students, and emphasizes the importance of kindness based on her own experiences of hostility and trauma. Monicah's commitment to education and leadership extends beyond her academic pursuits. She actively engages in training programs and advocacy initiatives, showcasing her dedication to continuous personal and professional development and empowering marginalized communities.
