“I can honestly say I’ve binged all of these episodes in less than 4 months. This show provides such great insight into fitness and has helped me to realize that these beautiful IFBB pros I look up to are really just normal people. I was so shocked at how many of their stories that I can relate to. Celeste does an amazing job capturing the “behind the scenes” of a bikini competitor and brings home the idea that we are more than just a beautiful girl with a great body and a sparkly bikini. M”
