Just what I needed and likely what you need too.
I stumbled upon this podcast on a day that I was feeling like throwing in my real estate towel. I have been told that being pushy to my sphere is the only way to find success in this industry. I decided to search for a podcast that might give me a little bit of hope. ENTER JENNIFER. For the first time in my career I felt like I could be taught the tools on how to be really successful and have the real estate business I had always envisioned. I decided to jump in and become an Agent Grad School student and I am so glad I did. A few days after I joined, I called my mom and told her it was “a treasure trove of information.” Seriously, it is next level. As a newer agent, it has been the training I’ve needed to physically sell homes (that I thought my brokerage would provide but hasn’t) and the modern marketing approach that doesn’t make me want to die inside. This program has lit a fire inside of me. I can’t say enough about how excited I am to be in this industry and it truly is all thanks to this Jennifer and this podcast. She is the REAL DEAL.

I enjoy the topics she chooses but the intro for her podcasts are very long and daunting, just get to the point. Only complaint really. Solid podcast, regardless
