In this past life regression, you will be able to explore different key moments in a past life.  The hypnotic state is simply a relaxed state of the mind.  The alpha state, or a relaxed, calm state where you’re not thinking too much, is all that is needed for hypnosis to occur.  Therefore, guided meditations or guided imagery (as the experts refer to it) is all that is needed for you to achieve the same results as you would from past life hypnosis!  This exercise can be done alone, with another person, or as a group.  After the guided meditation is over, it is helpful to write down everything you remember about your experiences during this guided meditation.  It is also good to talk about your experiences with others. And maybe you’ll even find out you knew each other in your past lives!  It’s also good to note that sometimes people feel like they are doing it wrong, or that they can’t meditate.  Know that there is no wrong way of doing this.  Just simply relax and follow the guided meditation and see where your mind and soul take you.
