Listen as I narrate Washington's Vision (at Valley Forge in the winter of 1777) published by Wesley Bradshaw (Charles Wesley Alexander) in 1864.  Anthony Sherman, a veteran of Valley Forge and an officer in Washington’s inner circle, relayed Washington’s Vision to author Charles Wesley Alexander, who published it under his pseudonym Wesley Bradshaw.     Washington's Vision: The First Union Story Ever Written was first published in June of 1861, shortly after the start of the Civil War.  Washington’s Vision may be found in writing prior to the publication of the first pamphlet; however, if this is true, the owner probably didn’t want the vision to be released in Washington’s hand.   The pamphlet includes a quote on the cover from Edward Everett: Massachusetts orator and politician.  "Washington's Vision contains a highly important lesson to any true lover of his country."  The visions that were given to George Washington on that cold, winter day at Valley Forge in 1777, are of the American Revolution, the Civil War, and quite possibly, our present time!  As we arose victorious from our two previous revolutions, so shall we overcome our present battle for this blessed nation!  "(16) But blessed are your eyes because they see, and your ears because they hear.
