“I have just got back into podcasts after a few months break as you can get very absorbed in them and I got quite addicted! I am a very business startup building my pilates business and I know I am procrastinating. I have built a good reputation in my little community and enjoyed a level of growth I didn’t expect so quickly in my first two years. I have some really good ideas to expand and move to digital platforms but I am procrastinating because part of me is afraid of what that might bring, and whether I’m actually ready for it, and I’m seeking perfection where it’s not necessary. I realise I’m hiding away from my weaknesses rather than facing up to them and getting a team around me to help with those areas. Listening to Julie and Ella in the first two episodes has been inspiring and giving me a spark to get in with it and get things under control as it will only catch up with me or hold me back from my vision and dream otherwise!
The honest insights are a breath of fresh air. The interview is wonderfully executed, drawing out some deep truths and great but simple advice; it’s done with such respect and there’s a lovely rapport in the conversations so far. It makes me feel like I’m sitting having a cuppa with you both. Thank you for his podcast which I have found at just the right time. The only problem is that it’s so new I have to wait for the next one!!! Very much looking forward to them all.”
