So useful
The practical, real lived advice in this podcast is incredible. I love the references to ‘Corporate jargon’ the branding exercises, the pyramid we’ve all been there, the shareholders, the coat tail hangers on, how keeping it simple can be difficult, but also the lows and the need for making a quick decision and being speedy all make complete sense. There is no real guide to scaling up, so this podcast is dynamic, it’s new, it’s fresh and it’s bloody useful! Thank you Holly - the letter at the end to her younger self made me cry. It was emotive, real, no corporate jargon, go with your gut gritty brilliance which made us realise that we just need to believe in ourselves - what an inspiration!
