My favorite among cookbook podcasts
I’ve tried several other cookbook podcasts, but I like this one best. First, I love that the focus is on the recipes rather than the author. Secondly, I love that the hosts cram SO much helpful information into each episode - I always feel like I come away with so much new knowledge and inspiration both about the book they’re covering AND numerous other cookbooks, authors, recipes, and techniques that they mention in passing. Lastly, I love that the hosts are honest and real people who are cooking in real, busy life with kids, jobs, etc. - they talk about things that don’t work out for them, who the books are NOT for, and seem to give real opinions as to what they like and whether they think the book deserves a spot on their shelves. Wish there were episodes more frequently, but I totally get that then they would lose their depth, which is one of the things I love about them!

More reviews of Cookbook Club
Love this podcast! I love hearing about all the different cookbooks and food stuff! I love that they are positive and have a great chat but not ramblings into unrelated topics that some podcasts do. Thanks for the great podcast!!

Just discovered this podcast and I am loving it. I have most of the cookbooks you have covered and started listening from the beginning. It is so fun to listen and then go back revisit these books.

I’ve learned so much about cooking at home from listening to each episode. Several of my favorite episodes hold up well for multiple listens. This is a smart and fun way to learn some new skills in the kitchen. Thank you to the two hosts and their guests!
