Denzel Spencer, better known by his stage name Roy Woods, is a Canadian singer and rapper. He is signed to Drake's record label, OVO Sound. Woods is from Brampton area of Canada. He premiered his first hit song, "Drama," in 2015. He released his second full album, Mixed Emotions, in July of 2023. The album features guest appearances by Coi Leray, Jada Kingdom and Very. Marco starts off the interview asking how long Roy has been into humor. Meanwhile, Marco's production team has the wrong photo up on the screen behind them. They talk about Roy's first hit song, "Drama," which was about a girl and her friends that did him wrong. Roy admits to Marco that he is shy and then the two of them can't stop laughing while Roy is blushing. Roy reveals he's known for his cooking and for being a football coach. Marco feels disrespected when Roy uses a big word that Marco doesn't know. Marco wants to know why Roy makes songs for the club when he says he doesn't go to clubs. Finally, they put Roy's actual photo up on the screen. Roy talks about meeting Stevie Wonder and how much talent there is in Toronto. Marco and Roy debate if the movie "Django" is racist. Roy surprises Marco and his production team when he tells them that Ja Rule was in the first Fast & Furious movie.
