“This is the kind of podcast that makes the listener start to question whether modern podcast technology is of a net benefit to society, or whether the old days of talk radio were in fact preferable in every way.
The fact that this couple feel the need to air this semi therapeutic drivel is a sad indictment of the times we live in.
I was driving a tractor at the time and at one stage I was so mesmerised by the sheer idiocy of the conversation that I drove over a fence and into a wall, waking up from my reverie with a shock and reaching for the pause button before I did myself or the tractor further damage.
Haskell is a very skilled podcaster when it comes to rugby and some of his interviews are genuinely interesting, but this... well it just isn’t.”
