Good character driven storytelling
First checked it out to see what Kingdom was like, but stuck around because they’ve made something fun to listen to. The fact that all the players created the setting together in the first episodes means everyone is more invested - a nice dynamic. The 80’s setting is fun (Joan is just a few years older than me, and it’s like a mini-game spotting the occasional anachronisms.) Most important is that the story works and the players work together well in its service. Good job!

This show is pretty great! They’re clearly figuring stuff out in the early episodes, but things take off quite a bit once they start playing Sorcerer (ep 5). Feels like there’s a lot of potential here, lets hope they stick with it.

Always enjoy hearing these folks play. The podcast seems genuinely improvisational, and the GM never really knows what’s about to happen next, which is one of the best things about RPG storytelling.
