Description
Are you leading the life that you dream of? So many people struggle to fully connect with and live out their life’s purpose. In this episode, I brought on Latham Thomas, author and doula who aims to improve the labor and delivery experience for mothers. Latham and I chat about learning to trust yourself for guidance toward your purpose (and supporting your kids by letting them use their own guidance). She talks about the importance of having undisturbed time with yourself regularly and why you need to gift yourself with “glow getaways”. We also chat about how to tap into your creativity, what she does as a doula and how she helps other doulas within their work. (This episode was pre-recorded on March 3, 2020)   What’s in this episode: Latham’s ideas for luminous living and owning your glow How to connect with your purpose Why you need to learn to trust yourself for guidance What practices she recommends for getting deeper and tapping into your creativity The importance of taking time to retreat and taking a glow getaway Supporting your kids with gentle guidance and letting them lead themselves Why you need undisturbed time alone with yourself on a regular basis How vision doulas help you give birth to aspects of your work What she does with her work as a doula   About Latham: After giving birth to her son Fulano in 2003, Latham Thomas set out on a mission to help women reclaim birth.
