Description
Greeting cards are such a powerful tool for connecting with loved ones. Especially during times like now where you might not be there to celebrate birthdays, holidays or big milestones in person. In this episode, I was joined by Shayna Norwood, founder of Steel Petal Press. Shayna and I talked about how her business has been doing during the pandemic and what shifts she’s had to make to run her business during this time. She opened up about what it’s like to run a business with Generalized Anxiety Disorder and how the pandemic has fostered closer connections within the creative community. We explored where she gathers inspiration for designs, the differences in running a business on the retail and wholesale sides and why she’s so passionate about helping others to connect through stationery goods. (This episode was pre-recorded on May 27, 2020)
