Awesome show!
I love my visit with Heather Ordover every week. It's like having a cup of tea with a friend. She chooses great books that I enjoy, but wouldn't necissarily read on my own and brings them into context with skill.

What could be better than listening to great books and having them explained, critiqued and discussed by a fabulous teacher? I only wish I'd had a teacher like Heather in high school or college.Read full review »

It is a tribute to Heather that she has made me a fan of books that I thought I did not like. This podcast provides a good argument for why the classics are still relevant.
