“I was starting to realize how fun it was to have chickens because I’m 14 and I love with my parents and we got chickens for eggs but then I realized that it was SOOOO fun and I was starting to listen to podcast and found this one and fell in love. I was listening to the episode about chicks and I had wanted to say that there is another option for housing that I think we were going to use next year. I got an old metal crate with a mesh slide out door and a thin metal side and after adding some ventilation and heating I thought it would be good for chicks. Before we have always used a metal trough and it’s worked really well. But thank you so much for teaching me so much about chickens, and this is such an amazing podcast!!!”
