Castlebar skater and activist Dan Timlin told Caoimhín Rowland on the Saturday Sport Show about his excitement upon hearing this weeks news of a proposed skate park for the county town at Lough Lannagh. Dan, along with many others lobbied local councillors for over a decade and their determination has thankfully borne fruit with this development which will ensure the safety of roller sports enthusiasts in Mayo.
