Many (including me) believe that BIM (building information modeling) is the future. Fred does to, and this podcast focuses on what BIM is and why it is helpful. Fred is co-founder of the company www.theb1m.com, who's aim is to shift the focus from BIM being used by a small group of experts to mass uptake that will greatly improve the architecture, engineering and construction industries. They want to do this by by reaching out and engaging people in a way that inspires them rather than expecting them to download and read boring documents which is why they focus on youtube distributed media. He is a really interesting and passionate guy and its great to see the younger generation of the construction industry getting excited and behind BIM. We talk all about this and more. Enjoy
