Hello & welcome to episode 10 of the Create More Podcast with the lovely Victoria Thornton, the founder and CEO of Open-City.
Open House was started in 1992 as a small, not-for-profit organisation to promote public awareness and appreciation of the capital's building design and architecture. The intention was to open up London's splendid buildings to the general public who don't otherwise have access.
Victoria came over to our tiny recording studio at Make's studio and her and Ben talk all about how Open-City started and how her career has evolved and how, Open-House as it was originally called, expanded over the years.
She is currently stepping down as CEO of open-city to concentrate on Open-City world wide with over 100 cities are aiming to become part of the this wider family.
