A study looked at over 50,000 American and Canadian adults. The following strategies were found to help prevent long-term weight gain.
Eat less frequently No snacking Eat breakfast Eat the largest meal in the morning Eat breakfast and lunch 5-6 hours apart Make the overnight fast last around 19 hours So what are you doing now?
Timing is everything.

How you EAT — Enjoy a nutritious meal every 4-6 hours. How you SLEEP — Aim for 7 hours of restorative sleep. How you MOVE — Burst Training
Warm-up for 3 minutes Burst for 30-60 seconds Recover for 1-2 minutes (2x the time of the burst)
Repeat for a total of 4-8 minutes of high-intensity interval bursts. You should be expending so much energy you can barely finish. How you HYDRATE — Drink 2 glasses of water before every meal. How you STOP EATING — Close the kitchen so you don't snack your way to bed. Timing is everything.
And you get to choose what works for you. Let go of your to-do list and latch onto what really matters — your health and well-being.
