He has numerous assistants under his thumb that do all of the work of management and essentially owns his management company. True investors understand the power and worth of their time. I would guarantee the host has never dealt with a toilet or hvac system himself. It comes down to your worth per hour. Is it worth sacrificing $2,000 or $20,000 per hour in finding your next investment to save $20 per hour to handle a maintenance call. You decide!”
