“Don’t believe the host when he says he self manages any investment properties on his own. He has numerous assistants under his thumb that do all of the work of management and essentially owns his management company. True investors understand the power and worth of their time. I would guarantee the host has never dealt with a toilet or hvac system himself. It comes down to your worth per hour. Is it worth sacrificing $2,000 or $20,000 per hour in finding your next investment to save $20 per hour to handle a maintenance call. You decide!”
