“What an awesome Podcast! Jason gives you real world advice on investing. He breaks down the political and economical reasons why rental properties are the best thing since sliced bread. This was the first real estate podcast I stumbled upon and in two years I have purchased four rentals. Let me just say that Jason is right on the money! “Jason has some interesting people on his show and that can make it worth listening too. Overall, Jason is a bit of a conservative hack though. He seizes on small details and tries to make them sound more important than they are. About the same as a liberal hack and still a hack.”
