“I have been listening to this podcast since the fall of 2014 and it has been life changing...in a good way! I have dramatically increased my net worth by following Jason Hartman’s various real estate principles and have gained a wealth of knowledge by listening to almost 1000 episodes at this point! Jason Hartman is not your typical real estate investor and he doesn’t sugar coat the process. Investing in real estate is a big undertaking for a novice, but over time by listening and putting what Jason has said into action, I have challenged myself by changing my mindset and becoming a knowledgeable investor. He has great tact with his guests and is a superb interviewer by engaging them on a wide breadth of topics to include real estate, macroeconomics, demographics, self-help, insightful lessons, politics, and the occasional hilarious tangent! There is so much to dive into here with his podcasts and he doesn’t waste too much of the time in the podcasts with ads or small talk. I have been to a few of his conferences and made great real estate investor friends through his network! His production team, investment counselors, local market specialists, event speakers, recommended providers, and clients are all there for you to spend quality time with. This podcast is your training ground, so when you are ready to get your property portfolio off the ground you will have a network of people and a nice chunk of knowledge so that you too can be successful. If you are looking to get serious about income property investing, then I would highly recommend listening to every episode and following his proven system!
