Great host who gets it
As a conventional cash crop farmer I always wonder if there is a better and different way to farm. I have listened to many permaculture podcasts but this is my favorite because I believe the host understands the position of the modern day conventional farmer. In episode 61 about open source ecology he explains how conventional farmers get caught with huge debt with huge machines and it is difficult to find their way out of debt and that system of farming. I am in that position now but this podcast is helping me formulate a plan to move on and create a better system of farming.

I listen to many podcast, I have to admit Permaculture Voices is the very best. One suggestion: The music or sound at the end of every podcast almost makes me pee my pants, It is so sudden and much louder then the rest of the program. It makes me jump every time when listening with ear buds.
