Revolutionising My Cricket Training
I recently discovered the Cricket Matters podcast and have been thoroughly impressed with the quality and relevance of the content. As a cricketer, I have found the tips and insights provided by the hosts to be incredibly valuable in helping me train smarter and perform better on the field. One of the things I appreciate most about the podcast is the variety of topics covered. From techniques for improving your batting and bowling fitness, to mental preparation and injury prevention, the hosts cover a wide range of subjects that are relevant to cricketers at all levels. They also bring in a diverse range of guests, which adds a lot of depth to the discussions. The hosts themselves are also great. They have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the sport (except Josh ;), and they are able to explain complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand. They also have a great sense of humour, which makes the podcast fun and engaging to listen to. Overall, I highly recommend the Cricket Matters podcast to any cricketer looking to improve their game. It’s packed with valuable information and is a great resource for anyone looking to take their training and performance to the next level
