“In my quest for another true crime podcast I gave this one a try. After several episodes I became an unfollower. These 2 have wonderful rapport and seem cool but it takes 10 min to get to the story of the day and then you hear supposedly a 40 min story actually take 15min of the actual topic, in between Mike & Allison’s psychoanalysis of the criminals or tons of their hypothetical scenarios or just complete nonsensical stuff. For example when Mike does read a story there’s Allison literally repeating the same thing or if the story says …and the parents were farmers…there’s Allison asking what kind of farmers? Personally who cares cuz the story isn’t about them. Her speculations alone are just sometimes so captain obvious it’s mind numbing. Like I’m tuning in while I’m working all day trying to hear a case & just not interested in SO MUCH of unrelated to the case stuff.”
