“I enjoy true crime podcasts and am always looking for something new. I came across Allison reading a case on Tik Tok so I decided to try this out. I enjoy the stories she and her husband talk about and Allison does a good job of sticking to the point and telling the story. Two little pet peeves, she ends every sentence with -ah. Like, “the victim’s throat was cut-ah”. Just an odd way of speaking that I hone in on. Second- Mike is not a good listener and wastes Allison’s and the listener’s time when she’s trying to tell the story. Like in the case of Krystal Surles…Allison gives the kids’ names and ages and he immediately asks her, “What are their names again? How old are they?” I know he’s trying to add banter, but that’s unnecessary.”
