Very slow and dragging narration

“Hello. I hate to give you 1-Star rating. But I heard your podcast on White Corolla crime. Few observations:
1- Your intro music is waaaaaaaay too long
2- Your narration is extremely slow. For a crime podcast, you need to dive into the meat of the story with some background. And if you don’t have much background, it’s ok. Start telling us the crime details. You don’t do that. You keep harping on lack of information in your very very slow narration
3- your side-kick does not need to interrupt to repeat the same thing you just mentioned. It happened multiple times. Unless she has a good input that enhances the story, I suggest keep it quite. Don’t talk just for the sake of talking.
4- Listen to “ScamFluencers” podcast and see how Sara and Sachi banter and feed off of each other. There’s no drag or lul
