Episode 758: Tristan Sherry trial - Three men go on trial accused of Christmas eve steakhouse murder
Description
The trial has begun of two teenagers and a 22 year old man accused of the murder of gunman Tristan Sherry who was overcome and killed at a busy Dublin steakhouse last Christmas Eve after he shot dead gangland figure Jason Hennessy.
The Special Criminal Court has heard all three plead not guilty but have made admissions that they were there on the night, witnessed the murder and were caught on CCTV footage of the fatal incident.
