Trying too hard
I enjoy this podcast but find myself fast forwarding a lot of parts. The psychological analysis is pointless, some of the things mentioned is common sense and adds NOTHING to the story. I know you have to compete with other true crime podcasts but it just comes off stupid. Also if I have to hear the host say “I’m not a licensed psychologist…” one more time I’m gonna jump off a bridge.

Zero production to make this anything more than a straight read of true crime cases involving couples. Had to stop listening halfway through because it felt like Siri reading to me.

From the get-go, victim blaming in the story telling and usage of pseudo-psycho analysis to mask sexist beliefs. This podcast could use a little more self-reflection.
