“I’ve seen some comments about misogyny... don’t understand how. They’ve chosen a few cases where the woman isn’t exactly innocent of harm doing, so what? I think they did a great job at depicting the wrong doing of the man and woman’s action. I saw accusations of slut shaming, and although I can see where they get this, I still don’t think it’s exactly appropriate. In the context of the story, she was described as only doing it to make the couple jealous, and that was the part that made it wrong. I also saw accusations of too much assumption regarding what these people were thinking. I get that to, but most crime documentaries are guilty of such as well. Nobody can know exactly what one was thinking at the time, but they need some sort of context to explain one’s actions. Though my hearing of each crime has only been through this podcast, so regarding bias to the true story, I can’t comment on. But in the realm of storytelling and taking my attention, I give a+!!”
