Somewhat misogynistic
1sr episode left a bad taste in my mouth. The female stalking victim was described as manipulative and narcissist while the man who stalked and physically abused her was described as helpful and loyal? What kind of BS is this? Hoping the 2nd episode gets better.

There is no way people unrelated to the reader are leaving 3+ stars. Calling BS. The stories are intriguing and well researched but read by the voiceover equivalent of a reenactment actor. YIKES. Laney, get a partner to assist with reading and delivery and this is 5 stars (from a non-relative).

The minisode was good enough for me to want to continue to a real episode, but I couldn’t get through it... I’m not a fan of the way the stories are narrated... too dry and the script writing isn’t great. This podcast wants to be Criminal but it definitely is not. Rather than presenting the facts this podcast takes subjective leaps and bounds to the point it’s offensive and misogynistic. Don’t waste your time.
