“Being a big fan of both history and true crime, I was very interested in this podcast. Even more since I know one of the hosts from Stuff You Missed In History Class which very very thorough and respectful in its telling of history. Because of this, this podcast has been a disappointment. The hosts gleefully retell the accounts of gruesome murders with seemingly no consideration for the victims. Additionally, they end each episode with a drinks segment that continues to parody the fact that people have been murdered and has nothing to do with a true crime history podcast. I’m very disappointed and have lost respect for these hosts.”

“I’m really tired of amateur historians laughing at their own tired jokes while mispronouncing every word in sight.
Simply put, whatever research was done was insufficient and the notion that two ignoramuses can reinterpret history is the only real joke here.
