“This is one of the best documentary podcasts I have ever listened to, and I say that as someone who did radio documentaries for a living in the 80s and 90s. Everything about this podcast just works, the way these intricate complicated stories are woven together, the attention to historical detail and cultural nuance, the writing and editing, the thoughtful and entertaining interviews with the colorful cast of characters involved, the production values, even the music was great. This is really stellar work and I hated for it to end!”
