Description
In Episode 2, you get a sneak peek into our book, Cultivating Healthy & Vibrant Workplaces, through my reading of two inspiring profiles of two very talented Workplace Wellness "Change Agents."
My first reading shares a heartening account of Deepanjali Sapkota's efforts and achievements in establishing a grassroots wellness program for her organization, The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, and implementable tips for spearheading a wellness movement in your organization (or client organizations).
In the second reading, I introduce you to Lisa Elsinger, an innovative and talented Workplace Wellness leader who has been advancing the culture and well-being of the people at Broward College through strategic alliances and partnerships.
In my "Keeping It Real" commentary, I get super vulnerable in revealing my book launch anxieties and how I have been managing them. I also share some personal revelations to help overcome doubts and insecurities when launching a new project!
