Facts, not fluff!
I have a Masters in Nursing from UCLA and experience working in pediatrics. However, nothing could have prepared me for the onslaught of conflicting information and anecdotal advice from well-intentioned friends & family when I had my first baby. This podcast helps me sort through the muck and focus on evidence-based best practices. The topics they cover are dynamic, relevant, and engaging. I love when they reference specific research articles because then I can look it up and read them myself. I also adore how Cindy takes time to explain the neuroscience behind certain topics, and how she breaks the information down into easy-to-remember tips. Highly recommend this to any parents who want to get curious!
