“I stumbled upon this podcast and just love how down to earth Cindy is. She explains things perfectly and backs it up with scientific research and guests that really know their stuff! I also really like how she involves mothers and listened to their experiences and opinions. Not only that, she’s also a mother and can relate easily to the busy life of motherhood. The subjects so far are very interesting and come with perfect timing in this day of technology and busy lifestyles.
This is definitely on my playlist now and I will look forward to her next episodes. I also checked out her website and was amazed by how much helpful information there is as well as great ideas for activities for kids. Love it!”
