one thing that can sometimes distract me is the music in the background. i am highly sensitive to background noise - and would love to hear just your voice when you are speaking. it can distract me from what you are saying - but i recognize that this is my sensitivity and others may love the background noise - so i understand that maybe keeping it is in the majority’s best interest.
