Israel's attacks in the Gaza Strip are unrelenting. Heavy shelling in Jabalia in the north has killed at least 10 Palestinians. Most of those killed were women and children. Northern Gaza has been under Israeli military siege for more than 40 days. Arwa Damon, founder of the International Network for Aid, Relief and Assistance (INARA), which provides medical and mental healthcare to children affected by war, says the situation in Gaza is “a complete nightmare”
